Wireless Information Networking Group (WiNG) at NITK Surathkal focuses on the research in wired and wireless networked systems. The mission of our group is to engage in fundamental research that improves the state-of-art in networking. Most of the research projects carried out in WiNG have strong emphasis on a broad range of topics in networking including: Network Modeling and Analysis, Protocols and Architecture, Networking in Cloud, Mobile Ad hoc Networks, Vehicular Ad hoc Networks, Mobile IPv6, Wireless Sensor Networks, Wireless Mesh Networks.
